Bob Kyryliuk is a Strategic Partnership Exec & Super-Connector in Canada & Silicon Valley with an extensive tech career leveraging his University of Waterloo Computer Science background and his 4000 Global Connections.
Since 2019 as CEO & Co-Founder of Canadian Executive Connections Inc. & CEO-P2P Inc., Bob has hosted over 150 CanadianExecs.com / CEO-P2P Thought Leadership, TechForGood & AI Disruption Roundtables for Scaleups ($1M-$500M) & Ecosystem Partners.
After its IPO in a joint venture with Cisco, Yahoo & Sun Microsystems, Bob managed Global Alliances for the 2nd half of his 8 years with Silicon Valley based Unicorn TIBCO Software.
Bob signed & managed TIBCO's Deloitte Global Partnership representing $50M to Deloitte and $18M for TIBCO in his final year.
In Bob's first 4 years at TIBCO as a Reuters division, he managed Canada & Central USA with major projects at all five Canadian Banks & NationsBank in Charlotte & Chicago.
Bob's career also spanned roles at AT&T, Fujitsu, UNIX International, ebpSource Limited & Clear Software Inc.
Bob has also been hands-on for decades with Linux & UNIX moving from device drivers and compilers to complex systems integration infrastructure including a Central Bank in Europe and five countries in the Caribbean.

Since 2019, Azhar has supported over 485 Scaleups through partnerships with leading organizations, including Communitech, TiEQuest, the World Trade Centre Toronto, Startup Canada, and other global tech ecosystems. He is known for delivering high-impact programs that blend strategic thinking with practical execution, often serving as a Fractional Chief of Staff to founder-led and post-Series A teams.
Azhar was the architect of Elevate IP, a $38 million national initiative that supports startups in building strong intellectual property strategies, the largest program of its kind in Canadian history. He also founded Communitech Outposts, a global employment platform that enables Canadian tech companies to expand internationally.
